Souris Valley United Way is proud to be the local sponsor for the Dolly Parton Imagination Library.
The Imagination Library program is helping deliver new, age-appropriate books to children in our area. Children from birth until five years of age receive a new book each month in the mail, creating a home library of up to 60 books.
We know that reading to young children promotes early learning and fosters parent/child interaction - both are fundamental ingredients to future educational success.

The program is funded locally by individual donations from community members and corporate gifts. The books are free to children, thanks to generous support from our donors.
A gift of only $25 sponsors a child for an entire year.
